Why I started Growth Aware
I spent years watching good owners burn out — not because they couldn't run their business, but because every new channel, tool, and "opportunity" landed on their desk. Social, ads, follow-up, the website, the CRM — it all funneled back to one person.
The agencies I saw only sold one piece. A social shop posted. A web shop built. A coach coached. Nobody built the whole machine, and nobody wanted to do the boring middle work that actually makes growth stick.
I started Growth Aware to be that partner — to grow the page and build the system underneath it, so the business can run when you're not in the room. That's the whole point.
