A first-year expo needed to build credibility fast — selling tickets, recruiting competitors and vendors, and proving to sponsors that the event would deliver real economic impact.
The approach
Growth Aware built an event presence that captured the energy of expo day and turned the results into a story sponsors and future competitors couldn't ignore — setting up an even bigger 2027 return.
